University Ombudsman Administration Building, 218 408-924-5985 The University Ombudsman is an impartial party who receives complaints, provides information, facilitates communication, and conflict resolution between students and offices or members of the university community.

In mediation a neutral third party facilitates communication between disputing parties so they can reach, on their own, a solution that works for everyone.
