The Mediation Center provides dispute resolution services for SJSU students experiencing a conflict with another student, friend, family member, roommate, significant other, landlord, or a member of the University faculty or staff.  In mediation a neutral third party facilitates communication between disputing parties so they can reach, on their own, a solution that works for everyone.
