By learning fundamental leadership theories and applications, students will engage in discussions, reflections, projects and experiential learning that allows them to explore their own leadership potential and the areas in which they can improve. This class will analyze clips from the NBC sitcom The Office as well as utilize several forms of media (television, movies, music) to differentiate between the social construction of a leader and how theoretical research may state otherwise. |
