Get Involved at MOSAIC
MOSAIC often has opportunities for students who want additional experience to volunteer to work on projects or just lend an extra hand. (408) 924-6255.

Greek Life
Founded on ideals of leadership, scholarship, community service, personal development, and friendship, Greek organizations contribute to the growth and development of their members and make important contributions to the campus and community. (408) 924-5950.

Leadership Training
Shape your individual and group leadership skills with workshops, classes, and retreats. (408) 924-5950.

Student Body Government
Through student advocacy and leadership, A.S. Student Government represents the students of San Jose State University. Students can gain leadership, fiscal, and management experience by getting involved in A.S. government. (408) 924-6240.

Student Organizations
With over 200 registered student groups on campus, you're bound to find one that interests you. (408) 924-5950.

Getting Out and Active:

Adventure Trips and Classes
The Adventures Program offers a wide variety of on and off campus trips and classes to make your college experience truly memorable. We can also design an adventure for your group. So come join the fun because we've got an adventure for you! (408) 924-6218.

Intramural Sports and Special Events
Intramural Sports provides an opportunity for the University Community to participate in organized recreational competition. Structured leagues and tournaments are offered in a wide selection of sporting activities. ASCR offers Men's, Women's and Co-Rec leagues. (408) 924-6266

Gear and Equipment Rental
A large assortment of camping gear and sports equipment is available for rental from A.S. Campus Recreation. (408) 924-6218.

Officiating, Fitness Instructor, and Trip Guide Student Employment
A variety of positions are available in Associated Students Campus Recreation.

MOSAIC Affiliate Program
Student organizations with a focus on addressing cultural, ethnic or racial issues and promoting diversity and inclusion can join the MOSAIC Affiliate program. Affiliates receive many benefits such as storage space, funding opportunities, and computer access in addition to MOSAIC's support with advising, event planning and more. (408) 924-6255.

Organization Development and Advising
Student Life can provide the information you need to organize and run your student organization. (408) 924-5950.

Special Events Coordination
Having a dance or other function on campus? The A.S. General Services Center can help coordinate your events. (408) 924-6200.

Trust Bank Accounts
Is your club or organization looking for a place to open an account? The A.S. General Service Center offers specialized accounts to campus recognized organizations. Benefits include check writing, bookkeeping, purchase orders, coordination of ticket sales, cash boxes and more. (408) 924-6200.

Already planning or thinking about planning an event?

Conference Room Rentals
Three conference rooms are available for rent from Associated Students. The rooms are of various sizes and arrangements to accommodate a variety of events and meetings. (408) 924-6242.

Event Services
Schedule rooms and tables for on campus events, including group functions, meetings, and seminars. Event Services also provides sound, lighting, and audio-visual services for non-academic events in the Student Union and around the campus. The services are open to recognized student organizations and the wider university community. (408) 924-6300.

Spartan Memorials (for events, weddings and ceremonies)
The Spartan memorial is available for weddings and other ceremonies. You can schedule in the Student Union Scheduling Office and pay fees in the A.S. General Service Center. (408) 924-6200.
